Because each item is custom-made just for you, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and personalization details before placing your order.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We're happy to help make things right.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, reach out to us right away at stitchypets2025@gmail.com so we can resolve it for you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Custom embroidered items are non-returnable.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage or error, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
